2016 in Review

We truly can’t believe that after tomorrow, 2016 is drawing to a close. To put it bluntly, this year was insane. It’s surreal what we have accomplished and far we are from one year ago. 2016 will always be near and dear in our hearts because it was the year that this dream, Harper & Tucker, became a reality. We wanted to take just a moment to remember some of the bigger milestones, before it blurs as we run ahead...

In 2016 we…

Learned how to build a website

Left our corporate jobs

Wrote a business plan

Attended 2 wholesale markets in LA and Dallas

Met and befriended too many people to count

Launched our brand and online store

Adopted 2 puppies

Taught ourselves to create financial statements

Threw a launch party

Planned & managed 3 photoshoots

Traveled to Newport, Santa Barbara, New Orleans, Jackson Hole, Austin

Participated in 2 pop-up shops

Sold out of several items

Wrote 17 blog posts

Built a team filled with inspiring young women

Took on 22 brands

We could not be more proud of these accomplishments, and our heart is so full with love and gratitude for everyone who helped us get here. If you’re reading this, you are one of those people! With that said, we have so much to do and look forward to in 2017!

Happy new year to all! We hope your holiday weekend is filled with sparkles and bubbles, and that 2017 is your most fun and stylish yet.

xo,

DW
