As I sit here sipping on a soul warming chai and gazing out our store windows onto a rainy morning it has dawned on me...fall is here to stay. These perfect New England summers are always too short, but I can never help but be overjoyed by the transition into fall and seeing our stores fill with cozy new hues and styles. We're stocked with the warmest gold and olive palette and it makes me feel like I'm walking into fall every day.
I thought it would be fun to begin a "sneak peek" blog series where we can show you styles we are anxiously awaiting to arrive. All these styles will be available by end of September and it's just a snapshot of all that is to come!
1) The Anouk Coatfrom Gentle Fawn is the perfect compliment to any work, weekend or date night outfit. It is a deep olive, chestnut color that we've been seeing everywhere this season and exemplifies modern sophistication. I love how it is both an update to a traditional blazer, yet still an oversized, cozy piece that will take you through the cooler months.
2) We just can't get enough of olive. I cannot wait for this Army Jacket from Saltwater Luxe to arrive. The tie in the back is such a fun, unique detail and Saltwater's textured fabrics never disappoint. A piece like this will immediately dress up a simple outfit, and at $114 is completely worth the investment.
3) I am OBSESSED with this Cleobella Fringe Sweater! Last year we had a burgundy Sage the Label jacket with those fringe details and I eyed it for the longest time before it quickly sold out. Full disclosure, I made sure I ordered an extra size of this sweater for myself...lesson learned. You can always find me in a cozy sweater so I cannot help myself whenever I find a unique piece that I know will stand out in my closet.
Keep it cozy, fun and completely you this fall!

After a year of staying at-home, we are revisiting what it means to express oneself through fashion and how the activities we are doing in the moment are informing this season's trends and our individual style.
