Hello lovelies! As Rhode Island begins to re-open the economy and our neighbors and friends begin following new standards of operations, we want to update you on how we are proceeding into summer and what is on the horizon for H&T.
The health and safety of our team and our customers will always be our #1 priority, and because of that we have chosen to keep our brick and mortar store closed for in-store shopping for the immediate future. Dakota and I have put so much thought into this, and while it is not the most ideal or fun choice, we know in our hearts this is the right decision for Harper & Tucker and our beloved customers. As more information on COVID-19 comes out each and every day, we feel that it is in the best interest of our team, our customers, and our community to provide the H&T shopping experience online and continue to connect to our community virtually. We want to give you a stress-free and joyful shopping experience, and the best way to do that right now is online! We will re-open our brick and mortar shop when we are confident it is safe, and until then we will do everything we can to bring our boutique to you at home through harperandtucker.com.
With that in mind, Dakota and I are exploring new ways to make shopping with us joyous and fun without being in person and face-to-face. We want you to have the boutique experience you love, even if you aren't physically in the boutique. As we have been working with customers via video conference and text to pick out care packages for their loved ones, we've relished in shopping with them and bringing them the closest thing we can to an in-store experience. We are excited to expand on this, so we are kicking off virtual shopping appointments via call, text, email or video conference for customers interested in one-on-one styling when shopping online. Based upon your style preferences, requests, and sizes we will pull pieces and put looks together for you, then talk through fits and trends. There are no additional costs or required minimums - it will just be as though you strolled into the shop one summer afternoon! If you find a treasure with us, we will ship it out that day or (if you're local to RI) we will schedule a time to deliver it to your doorstep!

The irony is that while we are heartbroken about this current climate and entering into summer with the shop closed, I have never been more excited about this next phase for H&T. We are on a mission to build an online shopping experience that embodies all that we love about boutique shopping. We want you to hear our voices when reading product descriptions, get a personalized shopping experience no matter where you are, make our sip and shops available to all, and continue to help you build your next favorite outfit!
This kickoff to summer may look a little different but we are still here as your personal stylists and treasure hunters. Dakota and I will be discussing our vision for the bright future for Harper & Tucker this Friday, May 15th, on InstagramLIVE from 5:30-6pmEST and answer questions about virtual appointments, our decision to remain closed, and tease what you can expect from this summer!

We are kicking-off Earth Month with a check-in one year after the Closet Clean-Out Challenge.
