It's time again to vote for RI Monthly's Best of Rhode Island Reader's Poll! We love this annual issue of Rhode Island Monthly because it introduces us to small businesses around the state that we may not have known before. It highlights amazing things that our peers, friends, and colleagues are doing - some years we meet our new favorite restaurant, or discover a new treasure of a store.
When we first won an award in Best of RI, it acted as a platform for us and gave us a boost in business and recognition. We could not be more grateful - it showed us that awards like these, especially in tight knit communities like Rhode Island, truly make a difference to small businesses. Beyond bringing us new customers, it also shows us that all the hard work we put in is making this dream of ours come to life.
So each year, we take a few minutes to nominate all of our very favorite small businesses around the state. Best of RI is chosen by reader votes alone, and each vote matters to small businesses more than we can express. If you love shopping with us, we would be honored and so appreciative if you would vote for us. Head to this link, which will bring you to the Newport County section, and then type "Harper & Tucker" into the "Locally Owned Women's Boutique" category. If you want to help even more, ask your friends to vote for us too! Just FYI - only 3 votes will be counted per device and/or network. To make voting worth your while, each voter will be entered to win a $100 AMEX gift card!
The poll closes April 30 - so we need one final push early this week to get us closer to winning best Locally Owned Women's Boutique in Newport County! With your help, we think we have a great shot to win!
We love you all and are more grateful for you every day!

"Our design team's mood board for Folk Song was filled with, as usual, vintage photographs of muses from the 70s. This time, maybe a reflection of the time it was created, a lot of it was based on open spaces, adventures on the road and nature. A feeling of freedom but in quaint places on the road, the kind of getaway that ends up as dog eared, worn photographs in a family photo album. " - Spell
We are thrilled to reveal Spell's Folk Song collection at harperandtucker.com at the official drop time tonight: Monday, May 17 at 8pm EST!
