When will my order ship?
We want to make sure you get your beauties ASAP! We are owner-operated and process all orders from our Newport shop. We make every effort to process and ship out your orders the day they are placed. We promise that all orders will be processed and shipped out within 2 business days of being placed, UNLESS your item is listed as a pre-order. All pre-orders ship out the same day we receive the piece from the brand! If you have concerns about the delivery date, we advise purchasing expedited shipping at checkout!
What is your shipping policy in the USA?
We offer free shipping via USPS First Class Package Service on all domestic orders. This service estimates 3 days delivery time, but it is not a guaranteed 3-day service. If you are concerned about your item arriving on-time we advise to purchase expedited shipping when you checkout! All shipping costs are calculated at checkout (and we pass on our discounts to you!) so you can be confident you are getting the best shipping rates available.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We love spreading the love across the globe. Please select your shipping method at checkout and you will be charged exact shipping cost.
Do you offer local delivery or curbside pickup?
Yes! We offer free local doorstep delivery throughout the state of Rhode Island. We will additionally pick up any returns or exchanges as long as they meet the criteria under our Return Policy
. If you would prefer to pickup curbside at the boutique, we can usually make that happen - contact us
to arrange a time!
What if I have a question on size or fit of an item?
We want to make sure you find something that you love! Please contact us
and we will make sure to answer any of your questions to the best of our abilities. We also suggest booking a complimentary virtual Styling Appointment
with us if you have want to have a one-on-one chat about styles! We love to help you find the perfect piece!
What if my size is out of stock?
We are always willing to reach out to our brandws directly to see if they have the item available for special order -
with specific inquiries! We also highly recommend signing up for Restock Alerts on the product page. You will be automatically alerted if an item comes back in stock!
What if one of my item(s) are damaged or defective?
If you receive an item damaged or defective please email firstname.lastname@example.org and email@example.com with your order number and include a photo of the damaged item. We will either process a refund or exchange depending on your preference and stock availability.
