We want to make sure you get your beauties ASAP! We are owner-operated and process all orders from our Newport shop.  We make every effort to process and ship out your orders the day they are placed. We promise that all orders will be processed and shipped out within 2 business days of being placed, UNLESS your item is listed as a pre-order. All pre-orders ship out the same day we receive the piece from the brand! If you have concerns about the delivery date, we advise purchasing expedited shipping at checkout! 

We offer free shipping via USPS First Class Package Service on all domestic orders. This service estimates 3 days delivery time, but it is not a guaranteed 3-day service. If you are concerned about your item arriving on time we advise to purchase expedited shipping when you checkout! All shipping costs are calculated at checkout (and we pass on our discounts to you!) so you can be confident you are getting the best shipping rates available

We ship items via USPS, UPS and DHL. 

Yes! We love spreading the love across the globe. Please select your shipping method at checkout and you will be charged exact shipping cost.

Yes and yes! We offer both free local doorstep delivery throughout the state of Rhode Island as well as curbside pickup at our shop. Select either LOCAL DELIVERY or CURBSIDE PICKUP at checkout.

Please leave a note in your order if there is a specific date/time you need your item. Orders placed before 2pm can almost always be picked up/dropped off the same day. Orders placed after 2pm may be scheduled the following dayWe will additionally pick up any returns or exchanges as long as they meet the criteria under ourReturn Policy

We are always willing to reach out to our brands directly to see if they have the item available for special order -contact us with specific inquiries! We also highly recommend signing up for Restock Alerts on the product page. You will be automatically alerted if an item comes back in stock!

If you receive an item damaged or defective please email dakota@harperandtucker.com and natalie@harperandtucker.com with your order number and include a photo of the damaged item. We will either process a refund or exchange depending on your preference and stock availability.
