Conscious Closet Flatlay

Conscious Closet Clean-Out

Like so many, Dakota and I are navigating this break in our routine and trying to take the time to self-reflect and think about our friends and family, business, and community. Last year we announced Harper & Tucker's sustainable fashion initiative and our choice to reconsider our collections and partner only with companies that are setting high standards in their commitment to sustainable and ethical fashion. With that in mind, I personally wanted to continue my own education on the topic and discover tangible ways in which I could implement these values in my own closet.

Together (Apart)

All of our worlds have changed quickly over the last few weeks, but despite hardships, we have been so heartened by acts of kindness and support - from our friends to our customers to the brands we work with. One of our newest brands Whimsy + Row put together an alliance for like-minded small businesses called Together (Apart). It is based on the truth that this is a tough time, but no one is in this alone. Each participating brand is offering 20% off site-wide and giving 5% of sales to Feeding America with code TOGETHERAPART. Get a little, give a little!

Harper & Tucker Newport Store

Bellevue Build-Out

It seems like a lifetime time ago that we first announced that our Newport store was moving down the block to 146 Bellevue Ave. On February 1st we closed our doors at 190 Bellevue and moved our store to 146, our new home. We were already in love with the bones of the space, like the corner windows, high ceilings, and grey wood floors, but knew that it would take creativity, patience and hard work to create the H&T haven we envisioned.

New Gems, Jewels, and Stones

We have slowly expanded our jewelry collections at Harper & Tucker, but until now have not crossed over into the realm of semi precious or fine jewelry. When my mom had the idea to curate a collection of special pieces for us, Natalie and I were immediately excited and knew it would be a great addition to our stores...

Our Providence Store Is Moving

Harper & Tucker's Providence shop is moving - but not far! Just down the street one block to 182 Wayland Avenue.

We thought there was no better way to start a new beginning than to invite everyone to help us sage our new Providence home. We will be hosting a sip, sage and shop the first evening we open our doors - Friday, November 15th from 4-7pm!
