Our Providence Store Is Moving
Harper & Tucker's Providence shop is moving - but not far! Just down the street one block to 182 Wayland Avenue.
We thought there was no better way to start a new beginning than to invite everyone to help us sage our new Providence home. We will be hosting a sip, sage and shop the first evening we open our doors - Friday, November 15th from 4-7pm!
Reinventing Our Basics
As Harper & Tucker grows and matures, some changes happen naturally, so gradually we barely notice. But recently, we have been pondering a change that will be more intentional. It has become obvious to us that we would like to support and grow our company alongside brands whose ethics and practices mirror our own. We want to be a boutique filled with clothing made by companies that believe in environmental sustainability, social responsibility, women empowerment, and kindness.

Spotlight on BC Footwear
I first came across BC Footwear because of Jillian Harris. She posted a blog on changes she is making in 2019 (read it here), and I stumbled across her talking about it on her Instagram story. One of her major changes for the year was to become more conscious of how she shopped, focusing on staple pieces she truly loved. She featured the Snack Bar Wedge, and it was love at first sight. Just like the name suggests, the style invoked poolside vibes and vacation style. We have been searching for the perfect shoe brand at Harper & Tucker to compliment our apparel lines, and the second I saw that wedge on Jillian's story, I knew I found it.

2018 in Review
Words cannot describe how grateful and excited we are entering our third year at Harper & Tucker! Over the last year we have settled into our home on Bellevue Avenue and are so happy we laid our roots in Newport. It has been a whirlwind of a year, and we wanted to take a moment to reflect on all of the milestones we reached.
