RETURNS
We hope you love your goodies and had fun buying them! If you are not in love with your purchase, we accept returns of full-price items that meet the following requirements:
- Items must be shipped back to us within 14 days of delivery to be eligible for refund.
- Items must be shipped back to us within 30 days of delivery to be eligible for store credit or exchange.
- Return shipments must start tracking within 2 days of receiving the return label.
- Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received – unused with tags attached.
- Anything purchased on sale is final sale and ineligible for return.
For US orders, a return shipping cost of $15 will be deducted from refunds.
For orders outside of the US, customers are responsible for shipping their returns to us.
To request a return for refund, log in using the email address associated with your order. Once logged in, you will see a list of your orders. Click "request return" under the applicable order. We will review your request and send you a return label if your return qualifies under our policy. Please contact us to arrange exchanges & returns for store credit.
