We want to reassure you how seriously we are taking this health crisis and share  every extra precaution we are taking.  Our primary goal is to keep you and our team safe when you shop with us. We are:

  1. Sanitizing and disinfecting surfaces. We are washing our hands and disinfecting all surfaces between in-store shoppers and in our packaging area before handling your order.
  2. Disinfecting clothing. We are steaming every new and returned clothing item upon arrival at the shop. All clothing handled or tried on in-store will be immediately steamed before it is returned to the racks and available to purchase.
  3. Limiting exposure. Harper & Tucker team members are mandated to follow contact tracing guidelines and alert the team of any symptom or possible exposure to COVID-19. Any team member that exhibits symptoms or is potentially exposed will not return to the shop until they receive a negative COVID-19 test and have isolated for 14 days.
  4. Cleaning the air. When we are open for walk-ins, we are keeping both of our doors open so that we can get cross airflow in our store. We also have a HEPA air filter that insures 4 air changes per hour without factoring in the open doors.  
  5. Requiring masks. All persons entering the shop must wear a mask over both nose and mouth. Customers MUST wear their mask at all times, including when in the dressing room and trying on clothing.
  6. Requiring social distancing. All people in the shop must maintain a minimum distance of 6ft. In order to enforce this, we are limiting the shop to 2 parties at a time, or 4 shoppers total. If you have a larger party, please contact us so we can accommodate you.
  7. Requesting customers experiencing any type of symptoms refrain from entering our shop. We ask that you please be vigilant and refrain from entering our store if you have any type of sickness, or have been exposed to anyone feeling unwell within the past 14 days.

We require shoppers to follow these guidelines when entering the shop. If you fail to comply with any guidelines, you will be politely asked to step outside and return once all guidelines can be met.




Our operating hours may be subject to change on a week-to-week basis as we continue to adjust our business practices and respond to regulations, guidelines, and the ever changing risk factors. As of right now, we are open weekdays for curbside pickup, local delivery, and private pre-booked shopping appointments. We may pop open the doors to allow walk-ins if we don't have appointments. Then on weekends, we will be open for all those services PLUS walk ins! Please CONTACT US with any questions about our schedule, and call the store if you want to confirm our hours for the day.

  1. Walk In. If the doors are open, come on in! We plan to be open weekends, and may even pop open our doors on weekdays if we do not have any pre-book shopping appointments.
  2. In-store styling appointments. We offer complimentary private shopping appointments on weekdays in the boutique! It will just be your party and your stylist in the store. Click HERE to book your shopping appointment.

  3. Curbside pickup. We offer contact-free curbside pickups at our shop’s side entrance (next to Farmaesthetics). Select CURBSIDE PICKUP at checkout and we will alert you to your pickup time. Please leave a note in your order if there is a specific date/time you need your item. Orders placed before 2pm can almost always be picked up the same day. Orders placed after 2pm may be scheduled for pickup the following day.
  4. Local RI delivery. We offer contact-free, same-day delivery throughout RI! We will drop off orders at your front door and we will also schedule pickups for any returns or exchanges. Select LOCAL DELIVERY at checkout and include any further instructions in the notes section of your order. Orders placed before 2pm will be delivered the same day. Orders placed after 2pm may be delivered the following business day.
